Purpose of the role:
CSC engineer needs to provide technical support and suggestion both internally and externally, in order to win more businesses and ensure serial production smoothly running.
Responsibilities:
· According to customer requirements, communicate with sales, understand product application needs, and complete laboratory related analysis
· Be responsible for supporting the production process, such as transfer coating application into mass production, testing the difficulties, and determining the product stability.
· Promote new products and application, to support business to achieve more initiatives
· Local technical process or products development
· New technology and knowledge transfer and local R&D
· Support to solve the customer complains
· Project transfer among BTS, BCN and other SPC.
· Cooperate with BTS and Asian CSC closely.
· Other tasks assigned by Line manager.
Requirements：
· College or above in engineering-related degree (mechanics, metallurgy, physics and metal science or similar fields) or equivalent professional qualification, at least min. 2 years in related industry
· Project management
· Ability to co-operate with people at all levels and nationalities
· Be prepared for supporting sales during customer visits and on exhibitions
· Good at normal working software (MS Office) and data processing software (Origin, minilab)
· Good oral and written English is required. (CET4 or above)
· Good communication skill and teamwork spirit.
· Creative and logical thinking, good at data collecting and analyzing.
· Be able to work overtime and business trip when necessary.
