职位描述

Accountabilities/岗位职责:

1.To develop new business in assigned geographical area

and/or market segment;

在扬州及附近区域或细分市场开发新业务;

2.To identify customers total supply chain need and work

with other support team in coming up with proposal and quotation;

了解客户的整体供应链/物流需求,并与其他支持团队一起提出建议和报价;

3.To offer price and conduct sales negotiation though

analysis of business structure in terms of revenue and cost;

通过对业务结构/类型的收入和成本分析,进行报价和销售谈判;

4.To establish long-term strategic partnership with clients,

account management, bid management and contract negotiation;

与客户建立长期战略合作伙伴关系,负责客户管理、投标管理和合同谈判;

5.To work together with Customer Service, Operation and

Project team to ensure service excellence;

与客户服务、操作和项目团队合作,确保服务质量;

6.To share valuable market information within the team and

the network for management strategic decision making;

紧跟市场,对市场有充分了解,并在团队内分享;

7.Achieving the sales target assigned by the company on

monthly/yearly basis;

完成公司下达的月/年销售指标;


Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree, major in Logistics/Customer

Service/Sales Marketing related preferred; Have good knowledge of supply chain,
including shipping/ Air / transportation and other logistics functions.

本科学历,物流管理/客户服务/市场营销相关专业优先; 对海运/ 空运/陆运等模块有深刻的理解和经验。

2. Familiar with local business environment, especially well

know the situation of
Yangzhou/Taizhou/Zhenjiang, and
international business development trends, good sense of the industry
development trend and requirements;

熟悉当地商业环境,尤其熟知扬州/泰州/镇江的情况,以及国际商业/物流发展趋势,对行业发展趋势和要求有良好的感知;

3. Self-motivated, proactive working attitude, leading,

optimistic personality and capable to work in team

自我激励,积极主动的工作态度,领导力,乐观的性格和团队合作能力

4. Good command of English, excellent presentation skill,

excellent communication and interpersonal skills

良好的英语表达能力,良好的沟通和人际交往能力

5. Good PC skills, i.e. Word, Excel, PPT, etc.

良好的电脑操作能力,如Word, Excel, PPT等。
