ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Conduct audits according to customer audit plan and coordinate related departments to make good preparation根据客户审核计划进行审核，协调相关部门做好准备工作

Manage customer audit and visit process, ensure the process is under control管理客户审核和访问过程，确保审核和访问过程处于受控状态

Update customer portal information within QMS scope, for example: certification, audit& corrective action, self-assessment, etc.更新客户门户网站体系相关的信息， 如：证书审核及改进行动，自评等信息

Follow the status of corrective actions and make effective check for customer audit 跟踪纠正措施的状态，并对客户审核发现问题进行后续有效确认

Participate in internal and external audit in order to obtain experience and insights on how to take corrective actions 参与内部和外部审计，以获得如何采取纠正措施的经验和见解

Manage Langfang plant document control process, ensure all quality system documents are released in Confluence system 管理廊坊工厂文件控制流程，确保所有质量体系文件在Confluence系统中发布

Manage Asia document control process, ensure all region quality system documents are released in Confluence system管理亚洲区域文件控制流程，确保所有区域质量体系文件在Confluence系统中发布

Manage quality system document release in related production area according to quality system document release rule 根据质量体系文件发布规则，在相关生产区域发布管理质量体系文件

Supervision of the process for control of Product and Systems Related documents conducted 对产品和系统相关文件控制过程的监督

Responsible for document control training about PDM & Confluence system负责有关 PDM & Confluence 系统相关的文件管控的培训

Comply with the company's regulation and relevant laws and regulations requirement 遵守公司规章制度及相关法律法规要求

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

College or above专科或以上

3-5 years of quality management experience 3-5年质量管理经验

Be familiar with office software, eg: excel, word, PPT, etc. 熟悉办公软件，如：Excel, Word, PPT等

Skilled in English both speak and writing 熟练的英语口语和书写能力

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor degree or above 本科及以上
