职位描述
能力要求
1. 大学本科计算机或者相关专业,3年以上IT行业销售或者技术支持工作经验;
2. 流畅的英文思考和沟通能力,包括英文的听说读写以及粤语沟通能力;
3. 客户导向的沟通、思考和协作能力;
4. 逻辑性强,擅长分析和管理工作任务;

工作职责
1、管理与客户的日常沟通,拓展销售和维护与客户的良好业务关系;
2、深度挖掘重点客户的潜在需求,协调内部资源为客户提供满意的解决方案;
3、对潜在客户进行定期跟踪,定期提交销售进度报告,完成大客户销售目标;
4、响应客户要求,为客户及时解决问题。
5、跟进KPI进行分解,指定销售计划并完成。
6、合同与商务管理;
7、收付款方案合理计划岗位职责。

Capacity requirements
1. Bachelor degree in computer science or related major, at least 3 years sales or technical support experience in IT industry;
2. Fluent English thinking and communication skills, including English listening, speaking, reading, writing and Cantonese communication skills;
3. Customer oriented communication, thinking and collaboration skills;
4. Logical, good at analyzing and managing work tasks;

Job responsibilities
1. Managed daily communication with customers, expanded sales and maintained good business relations with customers;
2. Dig into the potential needs of key customers, coordinate internal resources to provide customers with satisfactory solutions;
3. Regular tracking of potential customers, regular submission of sales progress reports, and completion of key customer sales targets;
4, respond to customer requirements, timely solve problems for customers.
5. Followed up KPI decomposition, designated sales plan and completed it.
6. Contract and business management;
7. Reasonable plan of receiving and payment.
