We are currently expanding our Sales teams in China and looking for new colleagues who will join our team in Xiamen.
Your tasks:
- Business management in Bus OE KAM Team with assigned OE Customers, market development in Bus Fleets Team with assigned Fleets Customers
- KPI oriented on target of OE Sales Turnover & Profit, AR, Customer Satisfaction, etc
- OE Customer strategy development, OE Customer OP/SP plan coordinating with PL
- New project acquisition and RFQ, support strategic product SOP coordinating with PL
- Business & quotation negotiation, forecast developing, AR tracking and internal quotation and contract process handling
Your profile:
- Proven experience in key account management or business development, in Commercial Truck /Bus industry
- Tier 1 or OEM working background are preferred
- 3+years’ work experience in Automobile, bachelor and above degree in mechanical / automotive / engineering are preferred
- Excellent communication skill and strong willing to coordinate with cross functional team
- Strong self-driven and goal orientation ability, positively on teamwork, good English language skills
