Capability Requirements:
Bachelor's degree, minmum three years of working experience in a multinational comapny is prefered
Proficient in both spoken and written English.
Strong skills in MS office ( Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Key Responsibilities(What/How):
Responsible for developing Human Resources strategy.
Responsible for establishment and updating of HR policies.
Responsible for establishing and developing an effective training & talent development system to meet business requirements.
Responsible for developing & managing HR annual budget and HR plan with focus on cost control.
Responsible for developing & managing employee performance evaluation process.
Responsible for managing HR transaction works, recruitment, training & Development, compensation, staff welfare and facilities, in accordance with the local government regulations and Group policy.
Provide coaching to HR staffs and develop their HR knowledge & experience resulting in improved performance.
