What awaits you?
- BMW IT China resource management, propose budget plan in planning processes; alignment with local team and report to central FG and Controlling crossing NSC, SF, BCS and BBA joint part; provide consulting services on budget policies and processes clarification.
- Overall budget impact analysis; ensure the funding for priority topics; provide proposal for budget re-prioritization for new topics; manage efficiency target from central and local controlling.
- FG-CN cost center management; fulfill central FG and FC KPIs and targets on budget and HC; responsible for the communication crossing local business teams and IT feature teams.
- BMW IT China work force management; align with central FG to fulfill the HC target; HC Long Range Plan; resource allocation; managing and monitoring Peko and OVH.
- Central FG cross charge verification and support; recharge for BCS.
- Monitoring and tracking of PRs, POs and payment status; make sure all spending run by following standard processes, no compliance issue; process improvement in order to get an efficient result by following standard process.
- Manage budget transfer among different cost centers; recharge/cross charge in alignment with different legal entities; finance tracking and monthly actual based check and re-post.
- Dealer back charge charging model and figures with Dealer Development and Controlling verified and IT input provided with good quality and time frame.
- Establish supplier evaluation portfolio and drive continuous improvement of supplier performance and service quality.
- Supplier engagement, identify and establish potential suppliers based on alignment with procurement and IT feature teams.
- Support procurement to provide guidance and advice on IT supplier selection criteria and ensure compliance of commercial process.
- Collaborative working with different departments to ensure appropriate IT supplier chosen.
- Responsible for maintaining up-to-date information of IT supplier and services to ensure effective and efficient supplier contract management.
Qualifications and experience
- Bachelor degree or above
- Experience of working in a large-scale IT project office.
- Good knowledge of project management methodology incl. Agile and AWM.
- Understanding of automotive business process, IT and purchasing process.
- Experience in the utilization of a structured project management methodology, especially project financing / ROI calculation.
- Ability to handle multi-tasks, manage time effectively and meet tight deadlines.
- Advanced computer skills - Word / Excel / PowerPoint, and Excellent customer service orientation.
- Strong attention to detail, Good analytical skill and systematic approach, Strong skills in negotiation and collaboration, Good team spirits and excellent communication skills, Supportive, fast learning skills and willingness, Ability to deliver the qualified result under time pressure and critical situations.
- Fluent in English and Chinese both oral and written.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in IT PMO job level. Finance background preferred.
- Over 5 years automotive industry working experiences. Minimum 3 years experience years working experience in an international enterprise.
