负责设计、开发和维护用于镜片制造过程中的视觉检测系统，确保产品质量和生产效率。您将与公司内外部以及跨部门团队合作，提供技术支持和解决方案，以满足生产和质量控制需求。同时为公司的工业4.0策略提供创新和推动。

Responsible for the design, development and maintenance of vision inspection systems used in the lens manufacturing process to ensure product quality and productivity. You will work with supplier and cross-functional teams to provide technical support and solutions to meet production and quality requirement. Also provide innovation and impetus to the company's Industry 4.0 strategy.

岗位职责 Responsibility

1.视觉系统开发与优化：参与设计和开发用于检测镜片质量的视觉系统，包括软硬件的选型、集成和调试。持续优化视觉检测系统，提高检测精度和效率。

Vision system development and optimization: Participate in the design and development of vision systems for quality inspection, including hardware and software selection, integration and debugging. Continuously optimize the vision inspection system to improve inspection accuracy and efficiency.

2.图像处理与分析：开发和优化图像处理算法。可以处理和分析生产过程中采集的图像数据，生成质量报告和改进建议。

Image processing and analysis: develops and optimizes image processing algorithms. Can process and analyze image data captured during production to generate quality reports and recommendations for improvement.

3.项目管理：参与新项目的技术评估，制定项目计划和实施方案。协调与生产、质量和自动化团队的合作，确保项目按时完成。

Project Management: Participate in the technical evaluation of new projects and responsible for project plans and implementation programs. Coordinate with production, quality and automation teams to ensure projects are completed on time.

4.技术支持与培训：为生产线提供视觉系统的技术支持，解决生产过程中遇到的检测问题。负责培训生产和质量团队，确保正确使用和维护视觉系统。

Technical Support and Training: Provide technical support to the production line for vision systems and resolve inspection problems encountered during production. Responsible for training production and quality teams to ensure proper use and maintenance of vision systems.

5.辅助完成车间OEE持续改善目标，推动自动化项目和其它工业4.0的项目。

Assist in the completion of workshop OEE continuous improvement targets, promote automation projects and other Industry 4.0 projects.

6.完成上级主管安排的其它任务。

Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.

任职资格 Qualification

1.大学本科及以上，电子工程、计算机科学、自动化、光学工程等相关专业；

Bachelor or above，major in EE/CS/Automation/OE, etc.

2.三年视觉系统开发和应用经验，有镜片制造或光学行业经验者优先；

3 years of experience in vision system development and applications, preferably in lens manufacturing or the optical industry.

3.熟悉常见的视觉算法和图像处理技术，如边缘检测、模式识别、机器学习等;

Familiar with common vision algorithms and image processing techniques such as edge detection, pattern recognition, machine learning, etc.

4.精通视觉检测软件（如Labview、Halcon、OpenCV等）和编程语言（如C++、Python等）;

Proficient in vision inspection software (e.g. Labview、Halcon, OpenCV, etc.) and programming languages (e.g. C++, Python, etc.).

5.了解工业相机、镜头、光源等视觉系统硬件的选型和应用;

Understanding of vision system hardware selection and applications such as industrial cameras, lenses, light sources, etc..

6.优秀的分析与解决问题的能力。善于沟通, 良好团队意识，乐于助人，较强的学习能力。
