• Implementation and improvement of Eaton's ECIS and OPA systems.
• Promote and follow up projects such as VSM, RIE, SGA, etc., help solve important problems and save costs in the production process on-site.
• Undertake CI projects, apply CI tools such as 5S, TPM, BPS, etc. to promote on-site management and improvement.
• Promote lean culture.
• Other be assigned work.

Requirement:

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Above 3 years' CI and related work experience
• Lean, Six Sigma knowledge and Digital.
• English written, good communication.
