Responsibilities:
· This role will be responsible for National VI new customer sales growth. Improve Eaton VI sales coverage.
· Work with regional sales team to develop a solid VI sales pipeline exceeding financial targets.
· Work with FAE & Product manager to build Eaton VI offers, including products and solutions.
· Lead national VI sales with top customers breakthrough in the targeted segment.
· Maintain awareness of the VI market trend, competitive situation, & customer applications, and define VI business strategy/action plan and get it executed.
· Develop VI references and bring up national VI sales competency.
· Work with Product & R&D team to translate the VI needs into offer development.
· Explore the business potential and seize the growth opportunities for the targeted VI to accelerate growth, enlarge the market share, and enhance satisfaction of Top Customers and Partners.
· Measure and report monthly/ quarterly status and progress of the targeted VI business growth to the management.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor degree or above in Electrical Engineering or Automation preferred
· >10-15 years practical experience in targeted VI segment.
· >5 years experience as a sales leader
· Rich knowledge with the VI domain
· Relevant experience in national or regional VI
· In-depth understanding of VI customers applications and ecosystem.
· A strong ability to plan and implement the overall VI business strategies and growth initiatives
· Great communication, stakeholder and relationship management skills on all levels, internally and externally
