Key responsibilities:

Lead the treasury operation team to ensure all bank transactions are booked correctly and timely.

Fulfill the request from internal clients on bank activities.

Work with Corporate Treasury on daily operational affairs, notifying Corporate Treasury of any recurring/non-recurring issues or problems related to the operation of bank accounts and/or cash management structures.

Verifying that services are billed at negotiated prices and that all services invoiced are received.

Resolving any operating issues that may develop regarding bank accounts or bank services and informing Corporate Treasury on any dissatisfaction with the bank’s resolution of problems.

Lead all bank operation projects and coordinate relevant cross function resources to implement the auto workflow or process.

Deliver the result on productivity improvement and cost efficiency.

Owner of internal control on treasury operation process.

Team development and Coach the team members.

Ideal candidate experience:

5+ years working experience in finance and accounting, AR, AP, GL and Cashier experience in FSSC is a plus.

At least 3 years working experience in multi-national company, manufacturing work experience is a plus.

Skills and capabilities (leadership and/or functional):

ERP system (SAP) experience of PTP, OTC, RTR and Bank modules is a must.

Excellent communication skills.

Proactive in project management.

Focus on the process and result-oriented

Good logic thinking and problem-solving skills.

Good English in both read and written.

Work under pressure and meet the deadline.

Qualifications/ certifications:

College or bachelor’s degree is a must.
