Objective
of job

·
1.Assure the
timely and defect-free preparation of production documentation for the assigned
vehicle series and / or technical advisor for a subject area

Principle activities

·
1.Coordinate and
determine relevant planning parameters with departments/ within the teams

·
2.Check additional
costs from production; suggest remedial actions; follow up on implementation

·
3.Support the
introduction of new production technologies and work toward the necessary
procedural directives in cooperation with the departments

·
4.Provide
technical training for the specialists in each topical area, with ongoing
control of the effectiveness of the training measures implemented

·
5.Develop
suggestions for process improvement and coordinate them with the central
divisions

·
6.Determine
quantities for in-house/outside production; display alternatives (make or buy);
determine production costs

·
7.Coordinate
drawing contents with the involved departments, taking into account forms that
are ready for production and installation, and making changes as required

·
8.Determine
suggestions for production-ready forms of equipment

·
9.Plan and
distribute the task packets within the team; monitor and respond

·
10.Check production
plans for improvement potential; develop suggestions for product optimization

·
11.Coordinate
implementation of customer data/information in production documentation, taking
into account applicable standards and production-technical aspects with the
goal of optimum install ability of our product in the vehicle

·
12.Coordinate the
inclusion of all change descriptions from the customer and internal product improvements,
excluding avoidable production interruptions at DRX and customer

·
13.Plan and
document the extensive work sequences and operations, equipment and materials,
taking into account known production processes / procedures in relation to the
corresponding state of construction; taking into account ergonomic,
production-technical and economic aspects

·
14.Comply with
company EHS management rules, know the factory and work area environmental
factors and hazards, perform the post responsibility what described in the safe
production responsibility system.

Job
requirements

·
1.University
degree in mechanical design or similar field

·
2.Advanced
vocational / technical training usually acquired within a few years’ experience
or additional technical training

·
3.Knowledge and
insight required for the application of practical methods and techniques, work
procedures and processes

·
4.Requiring an
understanding of general work routines / procedures in vocational skill

·
5.More than 24
Months experience in TPM

·
6.Fluent English
