Responsibilities:
- Craft and execute strategic sales and marketing initiatives.
- Steward the financial health of the sales division, including P&L oversight.
- Hit revenue, gross profit, and cost targets as outlined in the budget.
- Cultivate and manage key supplier and customer relationships.
- Forge a robust sales force and customer base to drive business growth.
- Expand market share and seize new business opportunities.
- Mentor, lead, and oversee the performance of sales teams.
Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Material Science, Engineering, Industrial Automation, or a related field.
- A minimum of 20 years in the semiconductor sector, with a proven track record of leading sales teams for at least a decade, especially in the back-end semiconductor assembly and testing equipment space.
- Comprehensive knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing processes to fuel business expansion.
