JD职位描述：

1. Selects and develops team members, and applies countermeasures to improve team deficiencies. Teaches project management fundamentals to team members.

2. Plans and manages timeline, budget and team to execute a single major project or multiple projects of lesser complexity. Implements clawback plans to programs that don't meet schedules.
   计划并管理项目时间进程，预算并组织团队来执行一个单一的大项目或多个稍微简单的项目。努力带领团队追回项目损耗的时间。

3. Ensures compliance to existing LS project management processes and recommends process improvements.

4. Coordinate various departments, organize the completion of various projects.

5. Responsible for all project organization and coordination负责所有项目的组织和协调

Requirements任职要求：

1. Mechanical or Motor Major, Bachelor degree or above.
   机械或机电一体化专业，本科以上学历。

2. Over 5 years working experience in mechanical manufacturing, 3 years project management experience is prefer.
   5年以上制造业工作经验，3年项目管理经理优先。

3. English CET 4, good at listening and speaking.
   英语4级，英语听说好。

4. Good skill in planning, organization and coordination.
   计划，组织协调能力强。
