Core Responsibilities:
Establish goals and objectives with plant staff and provide leadership to subordinates for individual and group development.

Communicate cost saving initiatives and assign support for defined projects.

Manage supplier relationships to ensure delivery and quality requirements are met.

Review cost improvement ideas and manage implementation, such as transportation costs, warehouse costs. Etc.
审查成本改善方案并管理实施过程，如运输成本、仓库成本等
Review department/plant measures(supplier delivery, premiun freight and inventory) and establish corrective measures for performance adherence.
审核部门和工厂各种措施包括供应商交付、预运运费和库存等，并重新制定纠正措施以坚守绩效。
Oversee the material flow process.

Drive continuous improvements through involvement with Lean manufacturing projects.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Bachelor Degree in Materials or related field.
材料相关的本科学历，学士学位
At least 5 years experiences in purchasing with supervisor experience.
至少5年以上的采购管理经验
Good English and office soft skills

Good communicate and team cooperation
