任务：

负责底盘模块，本地化系统与部件的开发与设计。

核心职责：

1. 根据规格要求，开发与整车架构相协调的本地化系统和部件。
2. 与流程链伙伴和BMW紧密协作。
3. 协调开发范围，达成项目所有目标（质量、成本、资源、进度）。
4. 评估本地部件与规格需求的一致性。
5. 负责与整车架构的虚拟匹配。
6. 管理本地供应商实现目标，通过定期会议推动决策，持续改进产品和流程。
7. 引导变更管理流程。

Tasks

Development and design for localized systems and components.

Key Responsibilities

· Development of localized systems and components in terms of required function, coherence with entire vehicle architecture according to specification.

· Intensive agreement with the process chain partner and BMW centers of competence.

· Coordination of development scope to achieve all agreed project targets (especially quality, cost, resource and schedule)

· Assessment of local components in terms of coherence with specification demands.

· In charge of virtual hedging matching with complete vehicle architecture

· Local supplier Managing in terms of target achievement. Management via regular leaded meetings. VCR and personal meetings.

· Pushing decisions for continuous product- and process improvement.

· Steering change management process.
