一、岗位主要职责/Main responsibilities
1.Responsible tor China west region sales, achieve budget and incremental grwoth target by develop new accounts and accquire new projects
2.Keep tracking and monitoring legacy projects order booking and customer inventory stock, ensure forecast
accuracy. Sensitive to market status (activities intelligence from automaker/tier one/competitors/distributors etc,)
3.Proactively&iclosely work with automaker/tier one (Purchasing, Program,and R&D) for early design in and obtain new projects, good customer satisfaction
4.Work closely with Amphenol RF cross function team team(P/R) to provide necessary sales tools to capture the busines,improve new RFOs hit rate
5.Ability to travel when necessary, with frequency 50%+
6.Others if necessary assined by line manager
1.负责中国西部地区的销售,通过开发新客户和获得新项目来实现预算和增量增长目标
2.持续跟踪和监控遗留项目订单预订和客户库存,确保预测
准确性。对市场状况敏感(来自汽车制造商/一级/竞争对手/经销商等的活动情报)
3.积极与汽车制造商/一级(采购,项目和研发)紧密合作,进行早期设计并获得新项目,良好的客户满意度
4.与安费诺RF跨职能团队(P/R)紧密合作,提供必要的销售工具来获取业务,提高新的rfo命中率
5.能够根据需要出差,出差频率50%以上
6.其他必要时由直属经理指派的工作
二、岗位任职资格/Job qualifications
1. Bachelor +, Mechanical/Electronic/ AutomotiveEngineering/ecnomic&trade/etc.
2.5+ years work experience in relative positions in Automotive (OEM/Tier 1/ Tier 2 company)
3.Proactively and accountability to work, result oriented
4.Pretty good communicate ability, team collaboration spirit
5.Sensitive with data, high willing to investigate reason behind data changes
6.Presentation alibity both in English and Mandarian, Spoken and written
English capability
1. 本科以上学历,机械/电子/汽车工程/经贸等相关专业。
2.5年以上汽车行业相关岗位工作经验(OEM/Tier 1/ Tier 2公司)
3.积极主动,工作负责,以结果为导向
4.良好的沟通能力,团队协作精神
5.对数据敏感,乐于调查数据变化背后的原因
6.具备英语和普通话的口头和书面表达能力
