一. POSITION OVERVIEW
Provide pre- and post-sales support to customers/sales team for automotive business. Take the lead on automotive project management for assigned account.

二. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1.Support Front end team to award new project by providing all the needed tools.
2.Flawless launch the awarded project by managing day to day projects activities.
3.Lead and assure the functional team accomplish the assigned tasks to keep all projects on track that meet customer’s timing, technical requirement, and other milestones.
4.Pursue best cost by optimizing engineering design and vendor chosen to maximum project margin.
5.Review tooling capacity/supply chain to ensure no capacity issue/supply chain risk for production.
6.Support change management after SOP.
7.Work with production and procurement team to address any urgent order delivery.
三. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT学历和经验要求
1.BSEE，BS for Automotive Engineering, Mold Design & Manufacture
本科以上学历，电机工程、汽车工程、模具设计与制造学士学位
2.3-5 years project management experience is a must
必须有3-5年项目管理经验
3.4-6 years manufacturing experience is preferred
具有4-6年制造经验者优先
4.3-5 years automotive industry experience, tier1 or tier 2 is preferred
3-5年汽车行业工作经验，1级或2级优先
5.Good command in English
英语表达能力良好
6.MS office and project software proficiency
熟练使用MS办公软件和工程软件
7.Excellent inter-personal skills and team-player

8.Problem solving capability
