岗位职责:

Organize the team to conduct pre-formulation research on drug formulations, including the following:

1. Develop a pre-formulation research plan;

2. Guide researchers to carry out pre-formulation research work;

3. Write/review the pre-formulation research report

4. Communicate with the synthesis, formulation and other departments to optimize the pre-formulation research process. Make adjustments of research strategies based on latest domestic/international research.

任职要求:

1. PhD degree in Pharmacy or Chemistry

2. More than 8 years experience in pre-formulation research projects at European and American pharmaceutical companies;

3. Familiar with the pre-formulation research process and content. Familiar with multiple solid-state characterization techniques such as PXRD, SXRD, TGA, DSC, MIR, NIR, Raman, DVS, and PSD, and able to interpret related spectra;

4. Familiar with regulations and guidelines of drug development and registration;

5. Good communication skills and team spirit.
