Major Responsibilities:
1. Assist in research, including conducting literature reviews, collecting and analyzing data and editing reference;
2. Assist in teaching, including teaching cases development, teaching materials preparation and class coordination;
3. Other tasks assigned by professor.
Basic Requirements:
1. Degree/Major: Master graduate with research experience in Accounting，Finance, and quantitative analysis. Business background is preferred;
2. Language Ability: Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese;
3. Skills: Experience with specialized software (e.g. Stata, SAS, Eviews, SPSS);
4. Good skills in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint;
5. Essential behavioral: Capable of carrying out research projects with little supervision.
