Accounting Payable:

• Invoice Posting- PO/NON-PO/Credit Memos/Service Order
• Monitoring Automated mailbox
• Knowledge of VAT and Withholding Tax
• Performing Vendor Reconciliation
• Arrang vendor payment
• Dealing with all kinds of inquiry raise by LOB or external vendor regarding to vendor invoices.
• Follow up debit balance
• Follow up GR/IR issues
• Follow up block payment
• Follow up reject payment
• Follow up open item of bank reconciliation
• Review prepayment & deposit and follow up
• Ensure high quality of AP closing and on time
• Another ad hoc task

Tavel Entertianment Expense (Employee reimbursement):

• Verify and Approve employee reimbursement report.
• Ensure high quality TEM closing and on time
• Ensure Employee reimbursement pay on time.
• Dealing with all kinds of inquiry or issue rise by LOB regarding to reimbursement
• Follow up company credit card issue
• Follow up cash advance on monthly basis and standing cash advance on yearly basis
• Ad hoc task

To succeed, you need

• Bachelor degree or above and major in Accounting/Finance or basic knowledge of Accounting.
• More than 2 years working experiences in multinational corporation
• Strong sense of responsibility and accountability
• Good English both in speaking and writing
• Good communication, team work spirit and smart working
• MMS Office, ERP Knowledge preferably SAP
