职位描述
Responsibilities:
1. Work with business customers to develop clear, understandable business requirements and specifications
2. Perform gap analysis on business requirements and system
3. Transfer business requirements and gaps to development team
4. Participate and oversight user acceptance testing.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above in insurance, mathematics and statistics or relative discipline;
2. At least 2 years working experience in financial area (insurance) either in insurance company, consulting company or system integrator and etc.
3. Good collaboration-cooperation spirit and team management experience (preferred in multi-national teams)
4. Ability to read and write in English
5. Cantonese can be understood, can speak is preferred
