Roles & Responsibilities
For Security
• Provide support in ensuring compliance with China’s cybersecurity laws and regulations.
• Act as the bridge between teams, clarifying security requirements and addressing concerns in
both Chinese and English.
• Identify and assess security risks within the Asia–Pacific region, proposing effective solutions.
• Support in maintaining the risk register, ensuring all identified risks are documented and
monitored.
• Ensure security projects are adequately supported and executed.
• Support the implementation of disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
• Collaborate with local teams in the event of cybersecurity incidents to ensure effective
response and resolution.
• Conduct supply chain risk assessments to identify and mitigate risks associated with third-party
vendors and partners.
• Assist in day-to-day administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the CT-IS office.
• Track and follow up on identified vulnerabilities, ensuring timely remediation.
• Maintain contact with business stakeholders to address common security issues and ensure
alignment on security practices.
• Support in the preparation of regular reports and presentations on security metrics and status
updates.
• Assist in managing and supporting internships related to the security team
• To collaborate with your colleagues to share your expertise.
For Architect
• Working with the business stakeholders to understand requirements, functionalities, and
business processes.
• Evaluating and understanding business requirements and contribute writing the technical
requirements with the goal to support business initiatives.
• Defining the solution Architecture and/or possible solution alternatives for projects in line with
the vision and paying attention to efficiency, implement ability, reusability, and other
architecture principles.
• Presenting Solution Architecture (Conceptual, Logical, and physical) for Architecture peer
reviews.
• Follow up the project plan and timelines together with the project manager and project team
and deliver Solution documentation and other supporting artifacts as and when required by the
team.
• Guides and verifies choices made in the build phase, leading to a coherent system. If
applicable, validates the implementation of the architecture and/or test it.
• Defining the non-functional requirements (e.g. privacy, performance, data compliance, stability
& availability) and applying them during overall solutions.
• Working with fellow architects and experts to define and align on the solution approach and to
ensure that the solution is compliant with the domain architecture principles.
• Providing necessary insights to facilitate decisions making and setting priorities.
• Produce solution designs that prove project feasibility and keep them updated throughout the
lifecycle of the project.
• Identify project risks and present alternatives to solve the issue
Qualifications
To succeed, you will need
Skills & Experience
• A minimum of 3 years of related experience, a relevant Bachelor or Master degrees.
• Knowledge of security vulnerabilities and CVSS scoring, experience or understanding of
compliance standards and practices in security, identifying and advising on software security
remediation.
• Technical proficiency both in Azure as in China-specific solutions (e.g. Alibaba, TenCent
cloud,..).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to interact effectively with various stakeholders.
• Strong organizational and administrative skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Background or experience with handling vulnerabilities, follow-ups, and issue tracking is a plus
• .NET or java programming.
• Proficiency in Power BI is considered a plus.
• Experience in project management is an asset.

The candidate is expected to work together with the team on the CTIS APAC Mission/Vision/Strategy
and to support the growth of the department as well as the growth of the scope.
Functionally this position reports to CT BA security officer and Chief Architect. You will however have
very frequent interaction with business (key-) users as well as with colleagues from the various IS/IT
departments within Atlas Copco and external suppliers.
