JOB DESCRIPTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Work with Design Director and marketing to fit interior design strategy to organizational vision.

• Take ownership and leadership in all tasks assigned by

Design Director.

• Liaise with Design Director with regards to management and performance of the Team.

• Coach and manage your team offering leadership and clear guidance you are working with, collectively in developing outstanding design and detailing in every project.

• Arrange mentorship and training for your team.

• Self-motivated and pro-active.

• Evaluate the progress on projects and vetting project design goals.

• Ensure senior and junior designers adhere to our client’s internal policies and procedures.

• Be able to articulate yourself well, which can translate verbal ability into design ability.

• Strong interpersonal skills to convey design ideas to team, client and vendors.

• Confer with client to determine factors affecting planning interior environments, such as budget, architectural preferences, and purpose and function.

• Establish clear lines of communications with supportive teams, suppliers and client.

• Take criticism well and translate it effectively.

• Maintains involvement and ensures quality control in all phases of interior architectural projects and their management.

• Plan project and subordinate designer work flows.

• Keep up with current trends when creating new designs.

• Independently organized that pay close attention to detail and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

SKILLS

• Possess bachelor's degree in interior design or a related field for at least 8-10 years and with equivalent site experience.

• Possess excellence conceptual and space planning skill.

• Proficiency in sustainable design.

• Knowledge in Design/Architectural softwares, M. Office or Keynote.

• Possess team spirit with strong interpersonal skill

• Possess good FF&E knowledge.

• Familiar with construction costing and budgeting.

• Familiar with Local Building/Construction/Fire Safety Code.

• Basic knowledge in MEP.

• Possess good leadership in working with a team.

• Experience in site technical knowledge.

• Good presentation skill.

• Possess International standard of detailed design capability

• Sketching Ability.

• Bilingual in English and Chinese.
