岗位职责:
1. Develop and implement quality management systems and strategies to ensure projects meet company and client standards.
2. Conduct audits and assessments to monitor compliance with quality standards and health and safety regulations.
3. Analyze quality data to identify trends and implement improvements.
4. Lead quality training programs for staff and subcontractors.
5. Coordinate with project teams to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions.
6. Compliance with the site EHS requirements and complete all mandatory EHS training.
7. Identification of potential site EHS issues during inspections and audits and assisting in root cause analysis if requested.
8. Assist project teams in the preparation of tenders, assist in managing the EOI process/database and reviewing of Subcontractor QA system documentation.
9. Provide assistance to the Project Engineers in reviewing tender packages for Quality requirements.
10. Ensure quality activities are included and coordinated with the construction plans and programmes of the project.
岗位要求:
1. Proven experience as a Quality Manager in the construction industry.
2. Strong knowledge of quality assurance principles and practices.
3. Possess sound written and communication skills in both Chinese and English.
4. Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
5. Certification in quality management would be an advantage.
6. Willing to mobilise. Can work in various cities based on the project location(including Shanghai, Jiangsu/Zhejiang Province or other cities in China).
