Overview
We are looking for Project Engineer/Package Manager role in different specialities i.e. Mechanical/HVAC/ELV&BMS/CSA.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the relevant package work delivery, starting from package procurement, then to the shop drawings development process, authority approvals, procurement, contract administration and project reporting.
- Determine project management, technical services and external resources required for the project on an individual and team basis (e.g. additional services).
- Lead in project buildability review, risk reviews, commission-ability reviews.
- Collaboratively work with the construction manager / delivery team and/or external resources to ensure the successful delivery of the relevant packages works in line with all stakeholders’ expectations communicating strategies to the team.
- Work closely with Design Team during delivery stage. Build collaborative culture.
- Be responsible for the EHS performance of relevant packages works. Drive IIF culture internally and externally.
- Delivery the package work to meet quality expectations by Client. To comply with all company and client’s procedures. Also coordinate with Jianli for mandatory quality inspections. Lead in Inspection and Testing Plan.
- Drive and be responsible for leading relevant package’s Testing and Commissioning works. Work closely with Related team to complete handover successfully.
- Display strong communication and negotiation skills to support the client/customer focus.
- Manager Package work cost and change, to manage the package according to budget and provide transparent reporting.
- Proactively manage package related risks. Report to PM/CM
- Support planning manager to develop detailed construction schedule(Level 3/4), ensure relevant activities have consider enough durations and right sequences.
- Produce packages related schedule reporting and working with PM/CM to prepare client report.
- Be accountable and responsible for the schedule of MEP related packages. Monitor the actual versus plan, if any delay, work with the team to work out detailed mitigation plan.
- Be accountable for successful handover of package works to client, manage the whole process including as-built/OMM/Training etc
At Experiences and Qualifications
- Mechanical/HVAC background or Other building services discipline.
- 7~10 years of experience in the end-to-end lifecycle of project delivery for international clients, Life Science projects is preferred.
- Be familiar with T&C for Life Science projects.
- Strong communication skills with ability to interact with people across all levels.
- Understand the principle of project planning, activities sequences.
- Knowledge of Pharma project testing and commissioning requirements.
- Fluent in Written and Spoken English, be able to make presentation and communicate well with the Client Team.
- Familiar with essential software, such as AutoCAD, know how to use Navisworks for BIM model.
