职位描述
Responsibility:
Prepare and ensure timely, accurate reporting on Corporate Solutions businesses, including but not limited to daily production, KPI progress, contest/convention, monthly targets, operation reports, customer claim usage etc. as well as management reports
Prepare and generate regular or ad-hoc KPI/activity reports in a timely manner
Collaborate and support ad-hoc reporting to distribution team (i.e. Agency and Partnership Distribution) to monitor sales-driven business activities
Prepare, maintain and update documented procedures and functional specifications
Coordinate users’ requirement for report generation requests, as well as work closely with IT and Hong Kong team on implementation
Review and provide recommendations throughout the report preparation process so as to improve operational efficiency
Work closely with Hong Kong team to perform data analytics to support business objectives on a timely basis
Develop together with Hong Kong team on the framework for analytics across business functions – standardization of data collection, data automation, and data management
Carry out ad-hoc projects in a professional manner as and when required.
Be responsible for the service improvement and cost of service management.
Work closely with colleagues from relevant business units or supporting departments to identify business and service improvement opportunities.
Work with other departments or counterparts to improve the cooperation and understanding among teams.

Requirements:
University graduate from Business school professional qualification
4-6 years of relevant experience in data processing
Language Skill: English, Cantonese, Mandarin
Certifications/licenses: Industry certifications and practitioners’ licenses

Cooperative, responsible detail minded person with a positive attitude, able to manage stress and work in a fast-paced environment
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated and be able to work under tight schedule and pressure
Excellent computer skill. Familiar with Microsoft office applications especially Excel and Access
Sensitive to numbers and with good data analysis ability
