Responsibility:
To fulfill the following responsibilities in ensuring reliability, performance and availability of the SAP application platforms to support business strategy, vision and goals. such as;
1. Design system landscape and architecture.
2. Implement and maintain the multiple SAP instances that comprise the SAP environment (development, quality and production).
3. Design and implement an optimal SAP configuration to maximize system performance and availability.
4. Manage SAP Security (users, roles, authorizations, and profiles).
5. Administer Perform SAP client administration (create client, copy client, delete client, export/import client) as required.
6. SAP Tuning, Troubleshooting, Debugging related to system performance if necessary.
Requirements:
1. Good knowledge and understanding of SAP Technical architecture
2. Good knowledge and understanding on Azure/AWS cloud specific to SAP
3. Ability to understand RFP/RFI and think on end-to-end solution aspects of SAP Technology
4. Good knowledge and understanding on SAP to Cloud Migration (HANA and other classic databases)
5. Good knowledge and understanding on HANA, S/4HANA Architecture
6. Good knowledge and understanding on Fiori Architecture
7. Experience in managing OS/DB migration projects, S/4 HANA Conversion, Upgrade projects
8. Knowledge on data integration solutions
9. Knowledge on Single-Sign-On solutions
10. Knowledge on high availability and disaster recovery solutions
11. Experience as a (lead) architect on large (international) SAP implementations with and ability to analyze technical requirements and build intuitive solutions on-premise and on Public cloud
Soft Skills:
1. Strong written and oral communication skills in Japanese.
2. Ability to teach, train, and give presentations
3. Experience to face International clients
4. Experience in Project documentation
5. Vendor coordination
6. Should have strong skills on project planning and scoping
7. Coordinating with various teams to for end-to-end solution
