Role Responsibilities and Tasks / 职责与任务： 1) Perform Cutting, Grinding, Milling, Drilling, Sand blasting, Polishing, Engraving of Heat Exchanger and parts to prepare welding assembly; 2) Perform Welding of Heat Exchanger and parts refer to relevant technical publications, repair manuals; 3) Complete product maintenance records with forms and ERP; 4) All maintenance work performed compliance with CAA regulation, MOA manual, procedure; 5) Daily maintenance of the repair tools and equipment; 6) Report any quality issue to supervisor and quality department; 7) Assist in the development of new Heat Exchanger repair capability; 8) Other relative tasks assigned by Repair Shop Supervisor. Role Requirements / 任职要求： 1) Specialized Secondary Schools or above; 2) Technical vocational school or college with specialty in welding, aerospace maintenance is preferred. 3) Or related major; 4) Gas Tungsten Arc Welding (GTAW) training and qualification according China or America (AWS D17.1) or European standard; 5) Fitter training; 6) Machining practice training is preferred; 7) Minimum 3 Years welding working experience. 8) Knowledge related with civil aviation maintenance / welding 9) Read and understand English technical data and related drawings; 10) General practice of Civil aviation maintenance; 11) GTAW(TIG) welding skill is the basic requirement; 12) Operation skill of Machines such as Cutting, Grinding, Milling, Drilling, Sand blasting Etc.; 13) Correctly use the welding tools, equipment and IMTE, chemicals; 14) Proficient computer skills (MS Office); 15) Diligence, analysis and diagnose capability, communication skills;
