Responsibilities:

1. Be responsible for coordination from manufacturer, customer, sales and dealers, etc.;

2. Communicate for gear machines setting up, commissioning, acceptance, warranty, repair, etc.;

3. Help organizing different deliveries of spare parts, clamping fixtures, lifting devices and measuring devices etc.;

4. Follow up cases process for retooling, retrofit, tools, clamping fixtures, etc.;

5. Keep following up open points cases of gear machines etc.;

6. Summarize service reports for database.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree or above;

1. Foreign Language or technical subjects or related;
2. At least 3-year above work experience especially in Gear Machines maintenance and service;
3. Good command of written and oral English;
4. Good understanding of foreign mentality;
5. Knowledge of gear machines will be a plus;
6. Experience in Maintenance and CNC machines service;
7. Skills in Microsoft office application;
8. Good command of written and oral English;
