Lead agile central operation colleagues to work with Field Excellence and Insight team to ensure smooth business planning, daily operation, dashboard processing, and incentive calculation of field force.
Lead team to manage all sales performance data, including institution master data, internal performance data, market dynamics data, and incentive data with high quality in a highly efficient way. Work closely with Digital Innovation team to ensure consistent sharing and usage of business execution data.
Lead team to design and implement high quality of solutions to support business operations, data processing, data analytics, business intelligence, etc. by collaborating with Field Excellence and Insight team, digital innovation team and IT team.

Education: University degree.
Languages: Fluent in written and spoken Chinese. Capable of written English.
At least 8 years’ experience in company central field force effectiveness functions. Business partner experience is a must. Incentive framework management is a plus.
At least 3 years’ experience in business analytics, covering internal performance, and market dynamics data.
Proven record in technical project management in commercial excellence functions (e.g., master data, performance tracking, BI, etc.).
Proven record in people management for at least 3 years.
Proven record of cross-function/team collaboration.
Field force working experience (no matter for medical representative or managers) is a plus. Mature in communication with cross function leaders. Believe in team play.
