Job Description:

· Manage analytics and insights requests from GO Stakeholders, including customer/agent profiling and segmentation, and trend analysis for Distribution teams.

· Generate insights for FWD Buddy.

· Create analytics pipelines and reporting within FWD Brain.

· Develop and manage a feature mart and insights generator in FWD Brain.

Job Requirements:

· Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related fields. Strong English communication skills, proactive work attitude, and analytical abilities.

· More than 2 years of experience in data analysis.

· Strong data extraction and processing capabilities, familiarity with at least one database such as Hive, SQL, MySQL, and the ability to independently extract and analyze required data and complete data analysis reports.

· Deep understanding of data-driven business, sensitivity to data and business aspects, strong logical analysis, and independent thinking skills.

· Proficient in using mining tools such as Python, R, SPSS, Spark.

· Strong English verbal and written communication skills.

· [Must have] – Good understanding and practical experience with digital/data analytics (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, etc).

· [Must have] – Proficient in code development - Python, SQL, and by extension, PySpark.

· [Good to have] – Good understanding of data science.

· [Good to have] – Good understanding of the value driven by AI/Machine Learning and the ability to communicate with stakeholders.
