岗位职责：

按研发计划完成图纸管理工作；

参与产品的研制、开发、设计工作，制定开发计划；

汇同产品生产部门完成试生产，处理试生产中的设计问题；

总结产品研发经验，持续产品的改进，并根据客户或公司有关部门的合理要求进行设计修改和设计改进，完成产品定型工作。

任职资格：

机械设计专业大学本科以上学历；

3年以上机械设计工作经验，有阀门领域设计经验优先；

较强的学习钻研能力；

熟练操作三维CAD绘图软件，例如SOLIDWORKS等；

良好的中英文交流能力。

Main Responsibilities:

Work out plan and involve in product resarch, development and design;

To fulfill the drawing and documents according to work plan;

To conduct the trail together with prod. dept., and resolve issues;

Improve product design based on R&D experience and fulfill product finalization;

Qualification and skill:

University degree or above major on mechanical design or the equivalent;

More than 5 years experience on mechanical design and valve design experience would be a plus;

Strong ability in study and research;

Proficient in operation of 3D CAD, ie., Solidworks;

Good command of Chinese & English communication.
