（一） Position Major Responsibilities 主要职责
1. 协调生产部门和销售部门，指导计划员制订符合客户要求并切合实际情况的主计划、物料计划和生产计划、按需求组织采购工作。
Guide PMC to work out master plan, material plan, production plan by coordinate with production，and sales, balance the customer requirement and capacity and distribute the master plan,organize purchasing work as required.
2. 分析工厂中长期的物料需求趋势，向工厂提出预测数据以便采取提前准备，制订合理的采购/外协策略。
Analyze material demand trend, report the forecast and alarm to senior production manager to pre-act for the unbalance between order intake and capacity, formulate and modify a reasonable purchase/outsourcing strategy.
3. 监督，协调工厂各主要产品，主要项目的物料采购和加工装配进度，对异常情况及时联系相关部门进行处理，确保订单按时完成。
Follow up and harmonize production and material schedule for main products and main project, response and harmonize production abnormity, if possible do adjustment to ensure orders quality and commit date.
4. 组织其他各类生产数据统计分析工作（生产计划表、生产完成情况统计报表、生产异常记录等）
Production data Statistic and analysis (production plan, summary of production fulfillment, production abnormity record)
5. 管理日常的采购工作支持计划和生产部门按照主计划要求组织物料供应以及供应商的质量改善；制定合理的库存策略，平衡库存与生产需求之间的缺口，优化公司的营运资金水平
Managing daily procurement work to support planning and production organize the material supply and improve supplier quality level; make reasonable inventory strategy to balance the gap between stock and production requirement, optimize the working capita
6. 协同采购工程师对供应商NCR的处理和质量改进。
Working together with sourcing engineer handling with NCR and help supplier to improve quality level.
7. 定期组织内培培训，使不同岗位人员提高业务素质和工作效率并具备多技能工作能力
Organize internal training, improve business quality and efficiency for the subordinate and be capable for multi skill working position.
8. 突发性生产异常和公司领导临时交办工作的组织与落实
Organize and fulfill any paroxysmal production abnormity and temporary work from leaders
（二）Position Special Responsibilities 特殊职责
1. 支援开发新产品，实现产品的本地化
Provide input on new product development and localization as requeste

任职要求:

1. 具备机械制造、供应链相关专业本科以上学历
Bachelor degree on mechanics, supply chain management , etc or above.
2. 8年以上工作经验，至少3年管理经理/ more than 8 year work experience and over 3 years managerial experience
有生产制造型企业，尤其是在设备制造行业的工作经验/ working experience in medium or large manufacturing company, especially in equipment manufacturing industry.
3. 良好的沟通能力，良好的电脑操作能力（熟练掌握Office软件,具备SAP操作经验），非常了解质量方法/Good communication skill ,Computer skill (familiar with Office, practice on SAP),Excellent Quality management methods.
4. 对于生产、计划、物流管理方面的知识较全面，有一定的财务知识/With good knowledge of production, planning, and logistics. With some financial knowledge.
5. 有独立思考力，主动改善能力，有行动力和责任心强，具有良好的沟通技能，团队合作精神，能在压力下工作，做到自我平衡/With ability of thinking, improvement on the own initiative, power of action, responsibility, ability of coordination and team work spirit. Willing to work under pressure and in self-balance.
