岗位职责:
1. Position Major Responsibilities / 主要职责
"• Cooperate with the sales t=echnology support engineer under the direction of sales manager to develop business in the area of China, achieve the company
s sales, orders anfd MR goals.
在销售经理指导下，和销售技术支持工程师与一起发展中国该区域内的业务开发，完成公司的销售，订单及资金回笼目标。"
"• Maintain the realtionship with current customers and develop potential ones.
维持现有客户关系，发掘潜在客户。"
"• Support and supervise regional dealer business developoment.
对区域经销商业务发展进行支持及监管。"
"• Participate in contract negotiations, discuss with TSS engineer on details of technology, business and price, and sign the contracts.
参与合同谈判，与销售技术支持工程师一起讨论决定技术，商务和价格的细节条款，签订合同。"
"• Develop the relationship with major local designing institutes, general contractors and governmental departments.
发展与当地主要设计院、总包商及政府部门的关系。"
"• Report to the superior of information about customers, projects and product markets.
及时向领导报告客户、项目以及产品市场的信息。"
"• Report to the manager about a variety of market information.
及时向销售经理报告各种市场信息。"
"• Other temporary assignments by the superioir.
完成领导交办的其他临时任务。"
2. Position Special Responsibilities 特殊职责
"High-quality contract negotiation and contract quality management abilities.

任职要求:
1. Education Experience & Certificates / 教育经历 & 证书要求
"Bachlor degree or above in Mechaincs or Hydraulic Machinery major.
具有机械或水利机械专业大学本科或以上毕业学历。"
2. Working Experience / 工作经验
"3+ sales experience in Chinese pump industry or other mechaincal induetry; 2+ mechanical designing experience is preferred.
具有3年以上中国泵业或其它机械行业的销售经验。有两年以上机械类设计经验尤佳。"
3. Professional skill & Special skill / 专业技能和特殊技能要求
"• Good command of computer operation.
计算机应用能力。"
"• Fluent in both English reading and wirting, and simple conversational ability.
英语读写流利，简单会话能力。"
4. Defined Competencies / 素质要求
"Good relationship skills and communication ability.
良好的人际关系技能和沟通能力。"
