Main Missions:
recruiting a Head of Renewables Business. As a suitable candidate, you will
have the responsibility for developing LEM’s Solar and Wind business. You will
define the long term strategy and support your team in defining the product
roadmap which will give our customers the Innovative and qualitative products
which will ensure future business success.
Key responsibilities
Lead a team of product managers based
either centrally (GPMs) or in the regions (RPMs). You will be responsible
to coach, develop and eventually recruit team members. Each member covers a
specific application such as Traction, Industrial Drives and/or HVAC
Define the product strategy through a long term SBP (Strategic Business plan)and the product roadmaps. You and your team members will have the ownership of best utilisation of your R&D budget to maximize your business’ growth. Communicate the strategy to the organization.
Drive the business: As a P&L responsible, you will report to the ExCo your business figures (Revenue, Gross margin, Design wins, Design-ins and EBIT) on a monthly basis. You will work closely with Sales in winning designs at Key customers and ensuring new product success.Requirements:
Master's degree in Power Electronics orMicro-electronics. An MBA is a plus.Minimum of 10 years' experience as Product Manager or Product Marketing
Manager.
Minimum 3 years of direct leadership experienceExperience with the Solar industry
Genuine interest in the field of sensors or power electronics.Strong communication and Influencing skills
Willingness and enthusiasm to travel to customer worldwide for about 30% of working time.
