Job Responsibilities:
1. Manage all equipment & facility in the plant and implement related repair and maintenance. 管理公司所有设备和设施,并实施维修维护;
2. Lead the TPM activities in the company to improve equipment & facility Efficiency, e.g OEE, Downtime. 领导公司的全面维护活动,提高设备和设施的使用效率, 如OEE, 设备停机;
3. Make and upgrade equipment autonomous maintenance planning and preventive maintenance planning. 制定并更新设备主维护计划和预防维护计划;
4. Responsible for the development and supervision of WI, SOP, TPM, KPI documents related to equipment. 负责设备相关的WI、SOP、TPM、KPI文件的制订、监督;
5. Deploy, motivate, train, co-ordinate, instruct, and evaluate subordinates. 调度、激励、培训、协调、指导并评价下属员工;
6. Manage equipment and facility spare parts. 管理设备和设施零部件;
7. Provide support for equipment & facility installation & setup. 支持设备和设施的安装和调试;
8. Complete equipment issue analysis report. 完成设备问题的分析报告;
9. Other relevant tasks assigned by superiors for achieving company’s objectives. 上级交办的为实现公司目标的其他工作。
Background & Skills:
1. Minimum 5 years work experience in production or maintenance and at least 3 years in maintenance team
management,and major in Mechanical engineering relatives. 机械工程及相关专业,8年生产或维修经验,至少三年维修团队管理的经验;
2. Familiar with systemic tools, such as SOP, PFMEA, CP, Problem Solving Skills etc. 熟悉体系工具,如:IATF16949,SOP, PFMEA, CP, Problem sovling skills等;
3. Rich ability to analyze and solve faults in electrical automation equipment, strong hands-on skills. 丰富的电气自动化设备故障分析及解决能力,较强的动手能力;
4. Good Communication Skills both in English and mandarin. CET4 or higher level. 中英文良好的沟通能力,英语CET4以上。
