As a Production Engineering Manager for Electrification Business Area in China, you will be
responsible for ensuring that the production process aligns with the project targets, approves the
design, both for internal or external developed process, and performing the final test in accordance
with the projects data. Ensures the efficiency of all external production processes.
Your responsibilities

Defining production costs and the sequence of the working phases of a new production process in order to minimize cost
and maximize quality
Developing and proposing the estimated budget of investments necessary for the development of new products and
processes
Identifying and recommends improvement opportunities and implements improvement projects, ensuring adherence to
timeframe, quality and cost requirements.
Evaluating new process technologies to improve productivity, quality and cost reduction, defining and leading testing
activities, approval criteria and external provider choices.
Reinforcing and maintaining a culture of health & safety in all production development initiatives.
Ensuring (with HR Manager support) that the area of responsibility is properly organized, staffed, skilled and directed.
Guiding, motivating and developing direct and indirect subordinates within HR policies
Your background
Bachelor or above in Electrical/Mechanical/Automation
More than 10 years in industrialization, manufacturing, or production
Knowledge on manufacturing processes (Assembly Technologies)
Knowledge about DFM/ DFA, PFMEA,etc.
Solid knowledge of industrial engineering, mechanical, continuous improvemenGood communication and presentation
skill
Good collabration with cross functions and team working
Fluent speaking, good written skill in both Chinese and English
