中海油-中国海洋石油国际有限公司

　　中国海洋石油国际有限公司是中国海洋石油有限公司的全资附属公司，主要负责其海外油气资产的勘探、开发、并购及经营管理。公司于1999年在英属维尔京群岛注册，并于2014年成立中海石油国际能源服务（北京）有限公司。总部位于北京，现有员工近三千人。　　自成立以来，公司始终保持着良好的发展态势，在组织海外生产经营、优化油气资产组合、提升海油品牌价值等方面不断取得突破。目前，公司在境外20余个国家拥有油气资产项目。其中，公司在加拿大、英国、伊拉克、乌干达等国家担任油气田作业者；在墨西哥、巴西、加拿大、英国、塞内加尔所拥有的区块中担任勘探作业者。此外，公司还在印度尼西亚、加蓬、圭亚那、美国、尼日利亚等国家与国际知名油气公司进行合作勘探和开发。　　CNOOC International Limited is a wholly-owned subsidiary of CNOOC Limited, mainly responsible for exploration, development, mergers acquisitions and operation management of its overseas oil and gas assets. The Company was incorporated in the British Virgin Islands in 1999 and established CNOOC International Energy Service (Beijing) Co., Ltd in 2014. It is headquartered in Beijing. Now the company has about 3000 employees. 　　Since its establishment, the Company has always maintained an excellent development status and made continuous breakthroughs in such aspects as organizing overseas production operation, optimizing oil gas asset portfolios and promoting the brand value of CNOOC. Currently, the Company has oil gas projects in more than 20 countries overseas. The Company is acting as an operator of oil and gas fields in such countries as Canada, United Kingdom, Iraq, and Uganda and as an explorer of regions possessed in Mexico, Brazil, Canada, UK and Senegal. In addition, the Company is also in cooperation with world-famous oil and gas companies for exploration and development in such countries as Indonesia, Gabon, Guyana, United States, and Nigeria.
