EMW was founded in 2003 with its head office based in Shanghai. The company name “East Meets West Fine Wines” reflects its goal to share and exchange its passion, knowledge and wine culture with wine lovers all over China.

In 2012, EMW opened its Hong Kong Office, thus successfully expanding the EMW market to Greater China.
香港分公司成立于2012年，将EMW的业务的拓展至香港和澳门，覆盖整个大中华区。

In 2017, after 14 years since its foundation, EMW has grown to an excellent wine distribution company, providing its services to more than 3500 customers all over Greater China through its 5 offices.
